VIBRATORY SORTING TABLE is a screening device with 3 separation viz. liquid , parts & media. It is used where size separation is possible.

MAGNETIC SEPARATOR In many applications size separation is not possible. In such cases ferrous parts can be picked up from the vibratory bowl by magnetic belt type conveyor or by magnetic drum. For sensitive parts demagnetising is necessary. |

SOUND ABSORBING COVER It is used to reduce noise level of the vibratory finishing machine. It is made from FRP & lined suitably to absorb noise. Actuation is either manual or automatic (pneumatic). |

PANEL Depending on degree of automation required vibrators can be provided with an electrical panel with one timer, two timers or PLC control for more than one machine in line. VSD can also be offered. |
