VIBRO - FIN VIBRO - DRYER

Vibro Finishing is a Wet process. Hence components coming out after processing from the machine are wet & must be dried properly or given any other suitable post treatment.

VIBRO-FIN Vibro Dryer is used for drying of wet components. The dryer is filled with water absorbing media like corn cob. The dryer has heating arrangement to keep corn cob warm and free from moisture. The wet components when tumbled with warm corn cob, it get nice wipping action and Stain Free Drying is achieved. Longer process time here enhances luster of the components.

The dryer has in built separation screen for separating drying media & components. The dryer is provided with control panel having temp. controller.

This dryer is suitable for components where corn cob used is not getting clogged.
